Part 1 — Trinity (II Corinthians 13:14)

God is three distinct individuals – God the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit – is one true God.

  1. GRACE WAS DEMONSTRATED TO US BY JESUS
    1. He came to us when we didn’t deserve Him.
    2. He showed us what His Father is like.
    3. He invited us into His Kingdom.
    4. He provided the means for us to enter the Kingdom.
    5. He promised us more than this life offers.
  2. LOVE IS THE FATHER’S GIFT THAT KEEPS ON GIVING
    1. He created us in His image.
    2. He gave Moses the Law, but on our own, we can’t do what it says.
    3. He gave us His Son so we could see Him in the flesh.
    4. He gave us His Word so that we would have a roadmap to him.
  3. FELLOWSHIP WITH GOD IS AVAILABLE TO US THROUGH THE HOLY SPIRIT.
    1. He convicts us of our sin (John 16:8)
    2. He draws us to Himself (John 6:44)
    3. He fills us with His presence (Acts 2:4)
    4. He cleanses us from sin (Ephesus 5:26)
    5. He reminds us of what Jesus taught us (John 16:13)
    6. He comforts us when we need comforting (John 14:26)
    7. He renews us (Titus 3:5)
    8. He empowers us when we need power (Acts 1:8)
    9. He places His seal on us (Ephesians 1:13-14)
    10. He is available to us 224/7 (John 14:16)

Conclusion: The Trinity is not a belief in three gods. There is only one God.
