  1. It involves being aware that God is calling.
  2. It involves being aware that God has a certain standard of living for us.
  3. It involves being aware that a complete surrender to God’s authority in needed.
SANCTIFICATION INVOLVES A LIFE-CONNECTION WITH THE LIVING CHRIST (15).
  1. This lifestyle will create a difference in our appearance.
  2. This lifestyle will create a difference in our activities.
  3. This lifestyle will create a difference in our priorities.

SANCTIFICATION INVOLVES A CONTINUING PROGRESSION WITH CHRIST (13-14).
  1. Be self-controlled.
  2. Set your hope on Christ’s grace.
  3. Do not follow evil desires.

Conclusion: Holiness is God’s plan for your life! Sanctification is how you get there.
